This was one of my favorite beaches we visited in Iceland. Located on the magical Snæfellsnes Peninsula, this beach doesn't really feel like Iceland. The sand is soft and silky and has so many different colors. There are little coves all around and cliffs you can walk up on. The water had a tropical feel to it although it was freezing Arctic water. We milled about for awhile, exploring the ins and outs of the place before leaving to continue on our roadtrip.
